Are you an English-speaking IT supplier in Warsaw?
Yes. Our office is in Warsaw, and quotes, orders and follow-up questions can all be handled in English. Details on delivery around the city are on the Warsaw page.
Can we buy laptops for business with a Polish VAT invoice?
Yes, every order comes with a Polish VAT invoice issued to your company. Start with our business laptops.
How fast do you reply to a quote request?
Within 30 minutes on a business day, so a request sent at 10 am is answered by 10:30. If you write after 5 pm or at the weekend, expect the reply by 9:30 am the next business day (Warsaw time).
When will we receive the equipment?
If the item is in stock and you order by 4 pm, it arrives the next business day anywhere in Poland. Anything not in stock has its own lead time, listed next to it in the quote.
Do you deliver to other EU countries and Ukraine?
Yes, both to offices and to employees' homes. Lead times depend on the country, so we give them in the quote.
How do credit limits work?
Regular customers can pay invoices on deferred terms, up to an approved amount. A person on our side reviews each application, there is no automatic approval. Apply for a credit limit.
Can we send our equipment list as a spreadsheet?
Yes, the form takes xlsx, csv, pdf and docx up to 10 MB. No list yet? Fill in our quote request template.

A file with models is ideal. A few lines on who needs what, and by when, also works.
