3. Electronic Services
The Provider offers the following Electronic Services through the Website:

- keeping a Quote List: adding products, changing quantities, adding comments and removing items;
- sending a quote request using the short or full Form, with the option to attach one file in xlsx, xls, csv, pdf or docx format, up to 10 MB;

After a quote request or credit limit application is sent, the Provider sends an automatic confirmation with a copy of the submitted data to the email address given in the Form.
4. Conclusion and termination of the electronic services agreement
- An agreement for an Electronic Service is concluded when the User starts using that service: for browsing, when a Website page is opened; for the Quote List, when the first item is added; for a Form, when it is sent.
- The agreement for browsing content and downloading files terminates when the User leaves the Website. The agreement for the Quote List is concluded for an indefinite period and terminates when the User deletes the list or clears their browser data. Sending a Form is a one-off service, performed when the Form is sent.
- The User may stop using the Electronic Services at any time without giving a reason.
5. Technical requirements
- To use the Website you need:
- a device with internet access;
- an up-to-date version of a common web browser (for example Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge) with JavaScript enabled;
- for the Quote List and for remembering your cookie choice: browser local storage (localStorage) enabled;
- for the Forms: an active email address;
- to open downloaded files: software that supports PDF and XLSX formats.
- The Provider does not guarantee that the Website works correctly in outdated browsers or with the features listed in point 1 disabled.
6. Rules for using the Website
- The User uses the Website in accordance with the law, these terms and good practice.
- Providing unlawful content is prohibited, in particular:
- content that infringes third-party rights, including personal rights, copyright and trade secrets;
- files containing malware or capable of disrupting the Website;
- details of another company or person provided without authorisation, and misleading content;
- bulk or automatically generated submissions (spam).
- Forms and attached files should contain only the data needed to handle the request. Special categories of personal data referred to in Article 9 GDPR should not be submitted.
- A User who sends a quote request or a credit limit application on behalf of a Customer confirms that they are authorised to do so.
- The Provider protects the Forms, in particular by limiting the number of submissions from one IP address within a given time, checking uploaded files (format, size and whether the content matches the format) and, when enabled, anti-spam verification. Submissions that breach point 2 may be rejected or left unanswered.
7. Catalog information and prices
- Product information on the Website, including descriptions, specifications, photos, prices, availability and delivery times, is for information only. It is not an offer within the meaning of Article 66 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code but an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Polish Civil Code.
- Catalog prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN) as net prices. The gross price including 23 % VAT is shown for information only. The final price, VAT rate and tax treatment, in particular for deliveries outside Poland, are set out in the Quote.
- Some products are shown without a price. The Provider gives the price of such products in the Quote.
- Price and availability data is updated periodically and may change before a Quote is prepared, in particular depending on product availability.
- Product photos are for illustration. Product specifications are based on data from manufacturers and suppliers.
- Information about next-business-day delivery for in-stock products delivered within Poland, for orders placed by 16:00, is for information only. The binding delivery date is stated in the Quote or order confirmation.
8. Quote requests and conclusion of a sales contract
- Adding products to the Quote List or sending a Form does not constitute placing an order and does not conclude a sales contract.
- In response to a quote request, the Provider prepares a Quote. A sales contract is concluded only when the Customer accepts the Quote or the Provider confirms the order, on the terms set out in the Quote or the order confirmation.
- Delivery terms, including date, place and cost, payment terms and the terms of using a credit limit are set out in the Quote or in separate arrangements with the Customer.
- The Provider may decline to prepare a Quote, in particular when a product is not available.
- Equipment is delivered in its factory configuration. The Provider does not offer mounting, installation or pre-delivery configuration services.
9. Reply time for quote requests
- The Provider replies to quote requests within 30 minutes during Working Hours. Requests sent outside Working Hours are handled within 30 minutes of the start of the next working day.
- Replies are generally sent to the email address given in the Form.
- The reply time in point 1 is an operational commitment concerning replies to requests. It does not mean that a sales contract is concluded and does not set a date for its performance, including the delivery date.
10. Credit limit
- The Provider may grant regular Customers a credit limit (limit kupiecki), allowing purchases with deferred payment within the granted limit.
- Submitting a credit limit application does not mean that a limit is granted. Each application is verified and reviewed individually by people acting on behalf of the Provider. The Website does not grant limits automatically.
- The amount of the limit, the payment term and other conditions are agreed individually and communicated to the Customer after the application has been reviewed.
11. Warranty and service
- Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty on the terms set by the manufacturer.
- Warranty repairs are carried out by the manufacturer’s service. The Provider does not run its own repair service.
- The Provider sells extended manufacturer warranties. The scope of an extended warranty is set by the manufacturer’s terms.
- Detailed rules of liability under a sales contract, including statutory warranty (rękojmia), are set out in the Quote or the contract concluded with the Customer.
12. Complaints about the Electronic Services
- Complaints about the Website and the Electronic Services may be sent by email to [email protected] or by post to the Provider’s registered office.
- A complaint should include contact details (name, company name, email address), a description of the problem and the date it occurred, and for technical problems also information about the device and browser used.
- The Provider handles complaints within 14 days of receipt and sends the reply to the email address given in the complaint or the address it was sent from.
- Complaints about products and sales contracts are handled on the terms set out in the Quote or the contract, and warranty claims on the manufacturer’s terms.
13. Liability
- The Provider makes every effort to keep the Website available and its information up to date and accurate. The Provider may temporarily restrict access to the Website for technical work, maintenance or security reasons.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable to Customers for:
- interruptions in the Website’s operation caused by circumstances beyond its control, including failures of telecommunications networks and third-party services;
- the consequences of decisions made solely on the basis of Catalog information without obtaining a Quote;
- the consequences of incorrect or incomplete data provided by the User;
- lost profits.
- The limitations in point 2 do not apply to damage caused intentionally or to other cases where excluding liability is not permitted by mandatory law.
14. Risks of using electronic services
- Using services provided electronically involves typical risks such as malware, messages impersonating well-known organisations (phishing) and interception of data sent over unsecured networks.
- The Website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. The Provider recommends using up-to-date software and being careful with messages that refer to the Provider but raise doubts about the sender, in particular messages about a change of bank account number.
15. Intellectual property
- The Website content, including texts, layout, graphics, photos, downloadable files and the Technocenter name, is protected by law. The rights belong to the Provider or have been made available to it by the entitled parties.
- The User may browse, print and save Website content for their own use and for the Customer’s purchasing purposes. Any other use, in particular copying and distributing content for commercial purposes, requires the Provider’s prior consent in writing or by email.
- Product names and manufacturers’ trademarks belong to their owners and are used on the Website only to identify the equipment offered.
16. Personal data and cookies
The Provider is the controller of Users’ personal data. How personal data is processed is described in the Privacy policy, and the use of cookies and browser storage in the Cookie policy.
17. Changes to these terms
- The Provider may change these terms for valid reasons, in particular changes in the law, changes in the scope or manner of providing the Electronic Services, technical changes to the Website or security reasons.
- The amended terms are published on the Website with the date of the update and apply from the date of publication, unless a later date is specified.
- Forms sent before a change are handled under the terms in force when they were sent.
18. Governing law and final provisions
- These terms and the agreements for Electronic Services are governed by Polish law.
- Disputes between the Provider and a Customer that is an entrepreneur are resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Provider’s registered office.
- These terms do not exclude or limit any rights that mandatory law grants to consumers and to natural persons running a business who conclude a contract directly related to that business which is not of a professional nature for them (Article 385⁵ of the Polish Civil Code).
- These terms are available in Polish and English. In case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.
- These terms apply from the date of their publication on the Website.
