In-stock products ordered on a business day by 4 pm (Warsaw time) are delivered to your Warsaw address the next business day. An order placed on Friday by 4 pm arrives on Monday, unless Monday is a public holiday in Poland. The current lead time for each model is shown on the product page. Items not in stock are ordered in, with the lead time stated in the quote.
Bigger office buildings often take deliveries at reception or a loading bay. For several dozen boxes, ask the building manager whether unloading or the goods lift has to be booked, and put that in the order notes.

What should the delivery address include for an office building in Warsaw?
Company name, building name, street and floor, plus the name and phone number of the person receiving the parcel. In business centres in Mokotów and Wola, couriers usually deliver to the main reception, so let reception know the delivery is coming.
Do you deliver to companies outside Warsaw city limits?
Yes. Piaseczno, Pruszków, Marki and the other towns around Warsaw are served on the same terms as the city.
Can we work with you in English?
Yes. Quotes and emails are in English, Polish or Ukrainian, whichever your team prefers.
Are laptops configured before delivery?
No. Equipment ships in factory configuration. Your IT team sets up the system, accounts and apps.
Can we buy on invoice with deferred payment?
Regular customers can apply for a credit limit and pay invoices on deferred terms within it. Each application is decided individually, with no automatic approval.
