Any format works: an xlsx or csv file, a PDF, manufacturer part numbers (MPNs) or a description of roles and headcount.
Receive the quote
Net prices, availability and lead time per line. Where a model is unavailable, the quote lists an equivalent next to it.
Approval or purchase order
Approve by email or send a purchase order (PO) from your procurement system. Once it is confirmed, we place the order.
Delivery
The equipment goes to the address you gave: an office, a warehouse or an employee's home. Each line arrives within the lead time stated in the quote.
Invoice and payment
You receive the VAT invoice for the order. Customers with an agreed credit limit pay within their own payment term.

How we work with international procurement teams
A procurement team sitting in another country should be able to register us as a vendor and order through its normal process.
- Vendor registration data. Legal name NEOFETCH Sp. z o.o., registered address, KRS, NIP and REGON are listed in English on the for procurement teams page. The vendor pack and the application forms are there too.
- English documentation and contact. Quotes and day-to-day emails are in English. The same contact person handles all your orders.
- PO-based ordering. After the quote, send a purchase order from your procurement system. Once we confirm it, we place the order.
- Polish invoices. Invoices are issued by NEOFETCH Sp. z o.o., a company registered in Warsaw, with Polish VAT where it applies.
IT procurement outsourcing: what we take over
IT procurement outsourcing with us covers sourcing, offer comparison, ordering, delivery tracking and invoicing. Specifications and approval stay with you. Equipment ships in factory configuration. The operating system, accounts and software are set up by your IT team, because we do not image devices, enrol them in Autopilot or Intune, or install anything on site. Warranty repairs go to the manufacturer's service. Extended manufacturer warranties can be added to the order where the manufacturer sells them.
IT sourcing in Poland, line by line
Availability and prices of IT equipment change from week to week. A laptop that is in stock today may have a lead time of several days next week. We check price and availability for each line separately, so the order can be built from items available now, rather than holding everything back for one missing line.
IT purchasing for companies with standard models
IT purchasing for companies is easiest with agreed standards. For example: one laptop model for office roles, another for developers, one monitor for everyone. Your contact keeps these on file, so a repeat order is an email with quantities. When a model is discontinued, we propose a successor with similar specifications. Choosing an IT vendor in Poland
When you compare IT vendors in Poland, ask two things: how long it takes to price a full list, and what "next-day delivery" actually covers. How do we add Technocenter as a vendor in our procurement system?
The registration data most systems ask for (legal name, address, KRS, NIP and REGON) and the vendor pack in English are on the for procurement teams page.
How fast do you reply to a quote request?
A request sent on a business day between 9 am and 5 pm (CET) is answered within 30 minutes. One that arrives in the evening or at the weekend is answered within half an hour of opening on the next business day.
Can we order with a purchase order?
Yes. Email the PO after you receive the quote. We place the order as soon as it is confirmed.
What happens when a model on our standard list is discontinued or out of stock?
We propose an equivalent or the manufacturer's successor model with similar specifications, and the quote shows it next to the original line. You decide whether to switch or wait.
Do you offer payment terms or a credit limit?
Regular customers can apply for a credit limit and pay invoices on deferred terms. The limit and payment term are set individually after the application is reviewed. Nothing is approved automatically.
In what format can we send our equipment list?
Excel (xlsx or xls), csv, PDF or Word files up to 10 MB, or plain text in the form. Part numbers give the most exact quote, but a list of roles and headcount is enough to start.
Do you deliver outside Poland?
Yes, to the European Union and to Ukraine. The quote states the lead time for each destination.
