What is Technocenter about? We sell IT equipment to companies, and the legal entity behind the brand is NEOFETCH Sp. z o.o., registered in Warsaw. Many of our customers are international companies with teams in Poland.
Who we are. An IT supplier for companies in Poland and beyond.
We supply laptops, desktops, monitors, accessories, networking equipment, servers, meeting room equipment and software, including Microsoft products.
Our customers are offices in Poland, international companies with teams here and companies with remote employees. We deliver across Poland, to EU countries and to Ukraine.
Every request goes through the same steps: we check availability, compare prices and lead times, and if the chosen model is unavailable, we suggest an alternative with similar specifications.
We do not run a web shop with a cart and online payment. You send an equipment list or add products from the catalog to a quote request, and we prepare a quote with prices and delivery dates.

Next-business-day delivery
In-stock products are delivered in Poland on the next business day for orders placed by 4 pm. We also ship to EU countries and Ukraine.
Credit limits
Regular customers pay on deferred terms. The amount is set per company.

What we focus on. Selecting and delivering equipment.
We do not promise what we do not do. This is how the work is split with manufacturer service and your IT team.
- Repairs by the manufacturer. We do not run our own repair service: warranty repairs are handled by the manufacturer's service, and we sell extended manufacturer warranties.
- Factory configuration. Equipment ships in factory configuration. Software installation and device setup stay with your IT team.
- Selection and delivery, no installation. We help you choose equipment for offices and meeting rooms and deliver it. Installation is not part of our service.
