  1. Choose a kit

    Add the Office, Developer or Creative kit to your request, or send your own list. Models and quantities can be changed in the request list.

  2. Add address and start date

    Give the delivery address, the recipient's name, a phone number for the courier and the planned first working day.

  3. Check the quote

    Prices, stock per line and a delivery date for each address. If something will not arrive in time, the quote proposes a model that will.

  4. Delivery

    After you approve the quote, the kit ships to the address you gave.

  5. Setup by your IT team

    Your IT team installs the system, creates accounts and deploys software, in the office or remotely.

Employee onboarding IT kit: set a standard per role

Settle the standard before the first kit goes out. Two roles are often enough to start, say office and developer, with a designer kit added when the first designer joins. One laptop model per role means one system image and fewer odd support tickets. Hybrid staff need a laptop, not a desktop, plus a USB-C monitor or a dock at the desk so they plug in a single cable. After that, each employee onboarding IT kit is a repeat order with a new name, address and date. Current models are in the business laptops catalog.

Laptop for a new employee in Poland: what to specify

The same laptop model comes in several versions. When you order a laptop for a new employee in Poland, these details decide which one we quote.

  • Operating system. Windows 11 Pro or macOS.
  • Keyboard layout. Laptops sold in Poland usually have the Polish programmer's layout. It is US QWERTY with Polish characters on the right Alt key. Other layouts depend on the model, and the quote confirms them.
  • Warranty. The standard manufacturer warranty or an extension, for example on-site repair where the manufacturer offers it.

Factory configuration: what your IT team prepares

Devices ship in factory configuration. We do not install system images, enrol devices in Autopilot, Intune or Apple Business Manager, or attach asset tags. The operating system, accounts, email access and software are your IT team's job. If they prepare devices in the office, have the kit delivered there a few days before the start date. If they set devices up remotely, the kit can go straight to the employee.

When to order

Send the request when the employment contract is signed, not the week before the start date. Stocked items travel fast, but your IT team still needs a day or two with the device. Frequently asked questions.

What IT equipment does a new office employee need?

For most office roles: a 14-inch laptop with Windows 11 Pro, a 24- or 27-inch monitor, a headset with microphone, keyboard and mouse. If the monitor has USB-C with power delivery, you can skip the docking station, as in the Office kit.

Can you ship the kit directly to the new employee's home?

Yes, to a home address anywhere in Poland. Kits can also go to employees in other EU countries and in Ukraine, with the lead time stated in the quote.

How quickly will new hire IT equipment arrive?

In-stock products ordered by 4 pm (Warsaw time) are delivered in Poland the next business day. Other items have their lead time in the quote.

What is the difference between the Developer and Office kits?

The Developer kit has a laptop with 32 GB RAM, two 27-inch monitors and a docking station. The Office kit has one USB-C monitor that charges the laptop, so it needs no dock. Pick Developer for anyone who runs virtual machines, containers or many windows at once.

Can I change what is in a kit?

Yes. Once a kit is in your request, you can change models and quantities, remove items or add your own.

Can I order kits for several new hires at once?

Yes. All kits go on one quote and ship to different addresses. If they are delivered in Poland, the whole order is billed on one VAT invoice. Send the list through the quote request form.

Can I add an extended warranty to the kit?

Yes, where the manufacturer sells one for that model. Some extensions can only be added within a limited time after purchase, so it is simplest to order them with the kit.
