- Type of equipment, for example laptops, monitors or accessories. Pick one from the list or type your own.
- Model/description
- Model with configuration, MPN, or a description of your needs if you do not know the model.
- Quantity
- Number of units.
- Requirements
- For example operating system, keyboard layout, ports, extended manufacturer warranty or accepted alternatives.
- Deadline
- When the equipment should be delivered.

Net price, availability and lead time for every line. If a model is unavailable, we suggest an alternative and point out the differences.
Approval or PO
Reply that you accept, or send a purchase order (PO). We confirm the order and the date.
Delivery and one invoice
The whole order goes on one VAT invoice, even across brands and categories. In-stock items ordered by 4 pm arrive in Poland the next business day.
Frequently asked questions.
Can I send my equipment list as an Excel or PDF file?
Yes. The form accepts xlsx, xls, csv, pdf and docx files up to 10 MB. You can also start from our quote request template (xlsx), type the items in by hand or describe what you need in the notes.
Can we work with you in English?
Yes, the whole process runs in English if you prefer. The invoice itself is a Polish VAT invoice.
Do you deliver outside Poland?
Yes. We deliver across Poland, to EU countries and to Ukraine. The lead time for deliveries to the EU and Ukraine is stated in the quote.
What happens if I send a request outside business hours?
We work Mon–Fri 9 am–5 pm (CET). A request sent in the evening or at the weekend is answered within 30 minutes of 9 am on the next business day.
